Being self pay only allows for us to work together to give you the most specific and individualized care possible. The therapy provided at Grow Together Family Therapy is done from a relational, trauma-informed perspective and does not always warrant a diagnosis. Insurance companies require a diagnosis for any mental healthcare being claimed. Often times assigning a diagnosis on a client when not required can hurt more than help and we prefer to work regarding most what is best for the client.
