Hi there! I'm Alyssa, a passionate pediatric and family therapist dedicated to helping children and their families thrive through a fun, engaging, and systemic approach to therapy. I believe that every child is unique, and so is the path to their growth and development. My approach is rooted in understanding the interconnectedness of the child, family, and environment, recognizing that challenges are not isolated but influenced by the world around them.

By combining creativity with evidence-based techniques, I make therapy a positive and enjoyable experience. Whether working on emotional regulation, social skills, behavior management, or adoption-specific issues, my goal is to meet each child where they are and build a strong foundation for lasting change. Together, we can work through challenges in ways that feel natural, enjoyable, and empowering.

With a focus on play, interactive activities, and collaboration with families, I guide children in a safe, supportive environment where they feel understood, capable, and ready to reach their full potential. I believe in the power of a holistic approach, where everyone – from parents to teachers – is part of the therapeutic process. This way, we create a system of support that promotes growth, resilience, and success across all areas of life.

If you're looking for a therapist who understands the whole picture and knows how to make therapy fun and effective, you're in the right place. Let's work together to help your child flourish!
